The address is 4535 Normal Boulevard Ste 212 Lincoln, NE 68506.  There is construction right now and it is easier to turn into the parking log when traveling eastbound on Normal Boulevard. 

Park on the north west side of the building (close to normal blvd) and use the closest entrance.  Head upstairs either via the stairs or the elevator in the center of the building and enter Suite 212.  You will see my name on the door, along with other providers.  Dr. King will come out to get you when it is time for your appointment.  If you have any trouble finding it, please give me a call at (402) 413-6537.
