Dr. King’s fees are listed in the Billing Policies paperwork (accessible via the portal) and are subject to change.  She accepts insurance, self-pay, and contracted agreements.  She is in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield and provides out of network services for those with other insurance plans.  A superbill can be provided upon request if Dr. King is out of network with your insurance; however, this does not guarantee reimbursement by your insurance company.  Please note that you may have additional out-of-pocket costs even if Dr. King is in-network with your insurance provider.

Out of pocket costs for an evaluation may vary substantially depending on insurance coverage, deductibles, and needed assessments to answer the referral questions.  The fees for most assessments range from $950-$1500.  Some insurance plans cover that whole amount whereas for others, a client may need to meet a deductible first.  Dr. King supervises graduate students who provide a reduced fee evaluation for $750.
